Yoga and Mindfulness
Children of all ages gain enormous benefit from practicing yoga. Research has shown that kids who participate in yoga show an increase in school performance and a reduction in symptoms of stress, anxiety and ADHD. More than just a physical practice, kids yoga is a fun, noncompetitive space for self-expression, storytelling, partner work, art projects, breath work, mindfulness practice and guided relaxation. Each group will vary depending on the age and needs of its participants, but all kids will leave feeling calm and happy!
We offer groups for children ages 4-6, 7-9, tweens, and teens.
