Parent Coaching

Parent Coaching can help parents and guardians gain insight into their child's development, emotional world, and behavior with the help of a trained professional.

Parenting children can be the most difficult and also the most rewarding job on any given day and we all question our efficacy. These little people do not arrive with manuals or step-by-step instruction guides and it can be confusing to navigate parenting without professional help. It is even more challenging when your child is struggling to regulate their emotions or behaviors or they have developmental delays or learning diferences. Maybe your child is struggling socially or you are trying to manage sibling rivalry.

Parent stress is REAL! Many of us are also parents and we understand when you tell us you hide in the bathroom and cry...Guess What? You don't have to do that anymore!

Let us help support you as a single parent or as a parenting team as we empower you with insightful ways to reinterpret behaviors and learn tools to improve your confidence as a parent.

The COVID-19 pandemic has created and triggered many challenges for children. Today, many parents are playing multiple roles in their children's day-to-day lives such as: teacher, playmate, parent, housekeeper, therapist or coach which can be extremely draining especially if you have a child with challenges. Parents are increasingly frustrated, exhausted, and burnt out.
